Many people, including myself, make it a priority to have body work on a regular basis. Studies have been done and the results are out that stress can be one of the leading causes of most disease.  Stress relief along with so many other wonderful things that therapeutic massage/bodywork can help to heal.  Medical doctors are now starting to take Therapeutic Massage more seriously as a essential part of preventative health. it is significantly helpful with all kinds of recovery from surgery/accidents and disease..  Massage isn't just for pampering anymore. It is becoming just as important for our health as diet and exercise.

 Having a Doula seems to be a new trend but Doulas have been around for thousands of years and are making a comeback in modern medical care.  The benefits of  having a Doula during a mothers childbearing and childbirth experience are countless.  The truth is that having that extra support, comfort and advocate to ensure your birth is going to be the best experience possible and is highly beneficial.  This also alleviates stress from the partner and family so things can go more smoothly and they can focus on Mom.  Birthing is one of the  most important experiences a person has in a lifetime.  It is worth fitting a Doula into your budget.  The results of having that constant labor support  physically,mentally and emotionally is something that most hospitals and birthing teams are usually too busy to provide. 

 I do this work from my heart and I really believe in what I do.
