I am happy to announce that I am now practicing in Denver, Colorado.  I am offering therapeutic/prenatal/postnatal and infant massage in Denver,CO.

I am also an onstaff Doula at the Rose Medical Birthing Center and will also be available to take clients birthing at other Denver area hospitals as well.

Welcome to my site. I'm lucky to love what I do and I will work to help you or a loved one achieve optimal health and happiness through the benefits of therapeutic massage, body work, and Doula services.  My passion is to give superior service as a licensed massage therapist to my clients.  I also offer Doula service for expectant mothers.  My education and background allows me to deliver a tailored massage experience focused on your needs and/or a specialized Doula package to your needs and partners needs. 

Sunshine Therapy offers:

-Full Doula care 

-Prenatal/postnatal massage. 

-Therapeutic massage such as swedish, NMT, Deep tissue, Shiatsu and Reiki.  

-Childbirth education, prenatal health and infant message instruction specialized for the client

Massage can:

• Assist with shorter, easier labor for expectant mothers and shortens maternity hospital stays.

• Reduce postsurgery adhesions and swelling.

Mothers working with a Doula typically experience:

• Shorter labor experience
  

• Fewer complications

• Reduced cesarean rate

• Less medications

• Decreased use of forceps

• Increased success with breastfeeding

• Lower incidence of postpartum depression

Partners and family of Mom experience peace of mind and stress relief with the knowledge and support of the Doula.  A doula is also providing support for the partner and family in caring for their needs as well.  A doula can really help to bring partner and Mom even closer during the process by guiding the partner in different things they can do to support mom and feel at ease with this big life experience.
